Mandy Moore making the rounds on Capitol Hill Tuesday in what she said was her activist debut -- talking up investment in global clean-water projects with visits to member offices and a rally involving schoolkids and prop toilets. At the office of Rep. Earl Blumenauer, the actress-singer (dark hair, dark denim, dark blazer over T-shirt with clean-water stats) accepted a bike pin from the Oregon Democrat (chair of the Congressional Bike Caucus, who knew?).
