Michelle Obama and Valerie Jarrett dining at the Source on Tuesday to celebrate the birthday of Chicago pal Kelly Dibble. Tuna cones and sushi robata, washed down with cosmos and Sancerre. The first lady, in a black dress, had the filet au poivre. Madeleine Albright also in the house, but dining separately with the Council on Foreign Relations.
