Sen. Scott Brown (R-Mass.) roaming the Capitol Tuesday carrying a copy of his cross-the-aisle N.Y. colleague Chuck Schumer's 2007 tract, "Positively American: Winning Back the Middle-Class Majority One Family at a Time." Neither office got back to us to say what that's about, but it's not too late, guys.
