Marion Barry on a beach getaway Saturday. The Mayor-for-Life and an unidentified female were spotted having drinks at Lupo di Mare restaurant in Rehoboth Beach, Del. (he had sparkling water, she an appletini); warmly greeted D.C. folks who recognized him.
