Hey isn't that...?: Steny Hoyer lends a hand on Pittsburgh-D.C. flight

You never know when you're going to run into a voter: Steny Hoyer at a 2007 Maryland event. (Sarah L. Voisin/The Washington Post)

Steny Hoyer being gallant on a Pittsburgh-to-D.C. flight Wednesday, during which he saw a passenger struggling to put her carry-on in the overhead bin. "Let me help you with that, ma'am," said Hoyer, who jumped up and slid the bag into position. As he headed back to his seat, another passenger told the House majority leader: "What a nice man you are. And she is not even a constituent." The Maryland Democrat grinned and replied, "How do I know that she's not a constituent?"

Wonder if Steny ran into anyone at the airport traveling to CA for the big Bradlee wedding. Since they canned HOsebag Sally Quinn they have been mute on the follow up to her wedding debacle story. Well, its Saturday, so who is going?

Thank G'd she is not defiling the National Cathedral this weekend!
