Hey, isn't that...?: Terrence Howard, Shaun White, Richard Simmons

Terrence Howard lunching at Oya Thursday with his daughter and three others. Business or pleasure? The actor-singer was meeting with his adviser, lobbyist Tanya Lombard, on some upcoming D.C. projects, we're told.

Shaun White wining and dining an attractive brunette at Proof downtown Wednesday night -- tuna tartare, asparagus, chicken. The next morning he was spotted again (the red hair, so obvious) with a lady friend having eggs benedict at J&G Steakhouse. He and a couple of hundred other Olympians were in town to meet the president and first lady at the White House.
Richard Simmons out on Connecticut Avenue in front of the Mayflower on Thursday morning, his aggressively purple blazer drawing stares from awestruck tourists on a passing double-decker. "I'm going to Congress!" he shouted back at them. The exercise guru had a press conference on the Hill pushing expanded PE in schools.
