Love etc.: Chef Art Smith engaged, Rihanna admits she's dating Dodger Matt Kemp

- Engaged: Chef Art Smith, 50, and artist Jesus Salguerio, 49. The owner of Capitol Hill's Art and Soul restaurant (he used to be Oprah's personal chef) and his partner of 10 years decided to make it official when D.C. passed the same-sex marriage law. Oprah and Smith's mom were the first to be told the news; plans call for a fall wedding.
- Dating: Rihanna and L.A. Dodger Matt Kemp. The singer, 22, finally admitted that the baseball player, 25, is her "boyfriend" on Ryan Seacrest's radio show, but says it's "nothing too serious. ... I just want to have fun, and that's what it's about."
