  • Martina Navratilova has breast cancer. The tennis legend, 53, told People that doctors discovered a lump during a routine mammogram and she had a lumpectomy in March. She'll start six weeks of radiation next month; prognosis is excellent.

  • Lil Wayne has a new job in prison. "He watches the crazy prisoners and makes sure they don't kill themselves," his ex, BET reality star Antonia Johnson, told Us Weekly. "He likes the job even though they don't pay him much."

Breast cancer is irrefutably a vitamin D deficiency disease. Up to 80% of all breast cancer cases can be avoided by maintaining healthy, natural levels of vitamin D. Those most familiar with the facts insist on a level of at least 50 ng/ml,(25 OH), year round.

Here is the proof and the link to Grassroots Health- a non-profit organization spreading the word about vitamin D:

Educate your doctor about the new evidence regarding vitamin D levels and avoidance of early onset chronic diseases. What a doctor does not know about vitamin D deficiency can kill you.

By far the most important thing anyone can do to protect their health is to maintain healthy levels of activated vitamin D (25 OH). The list of diseases associated with vitamin D deficiency is almost endless and includes every major killer in the civilized world. In fact you won't believe what is caused by long term deficiency...practically everything!

If you think you have heard this before about vitamins you are completely mistaken.

"Vitamin" D is not a is a steroid. If you know anything about medicine and health I am certain you are listening now....
