Barney Frank's belated birthday party at the Capitol

Democrats finally got around to celebrating Barney Frank's birthday -- a month late. The Massachusetts congressman turned 70 on March.31 (as did Sen. Patrick Leahy), but Congress was on spring recess, so his staff threw a belated celebration at the Capitol Visitor Center Wednesday night. Guests included Tim Geithner, Rahm Emanuel, Nancy Pelosi, Steny Hoyer and about 30 pals, including John Kerry, Charlie Rangel and John Dingell. And yes, there was cake.
