Engaged: Bobby Brown and manager-girlfriend Alicia Etheridge, after he proposed to her onstage, with their 11-month-old son in her arms, during an outdoor Funk Fest concert in Jacksonville, Fla., Friday night. The '80s R&B icon, 41, who ended his tumultuous 15-year marriage to Whitney Houston in 2007, drew cheers from fans. ("Hopefully he'll get it right this time," one told the Florida Times-Union.)
