Surreal Estate: Gordon Peterson selling Georgetown townhouse

Just one door down: Gordon Peterson on set in 2004. (Rich Lipski/The Washington Post)

Asking price: $1.9 million

Details: The Channel 7 news anchor is selling his Georgetown townhouse, purchased for $1.7 million five years ago, and moving next door. Peterson and his wife, Ann Fleming, bought a two-bedroom condo in the former Phillips School, so they listed their East Village rowhouse (four bedrooms, 3 and 1/2 baths, four fireplaces) last week.

Do you mean 3 1/2 baths?

361/27 baths is quite something for a row house.

Apologies, it's fixed now. The computer software program that puts the stories on the page sometimes communication issues with the computer software program that puts the stories on the Web.
