Finally, the details trickle out: Beyonce will be the featured entertainment at tonight's White House state dinner for Mexico; and guest chef Rick Bayless will prepare a jicama salad, ceviche, and beef with one of his famous mole sauces.

Also on the list of entertainment provided by the White House: hipster Mexican rhythmic guitar duo Rodrigo y Gabriela -- who've been described as a "flamenco-heavy metal hybrid" -- as well as the U.S. Marine Band.

Here's what's for dinner:

Jicama with Oranges, Grapefruit, and Pineapple
Citrus Vinaigrette
Ulises Valdez Chardonnay 2007 "Russian River"

Herb Green Ceviche of Hawaiian Opah
Sesame-Cilantro Cracker

Oregon Wagyu Beef in Oaxacan Black Mole
Black Bean Tamalon and Grilled Green Beans
Herrera Cabernet Sauvignon 2006 "Selección Rebecca"

Chocolate-Cajeta Tart
Toasted Homemade Marshmallows
Graham Cracker Crumble and Goat Cheese Ice Cream
Mumm Napa "Carlos Santana Brut" N/V

Oh man, I was so glad to see this article which went into great detail describing the feast our dear leader is holding for our Mexican "friends". Since he just announced the border meaningless - a statement unprecedented in our nation's history - it's good you are keeping the sheeple entertained by allowing them to press their grimy faces against the White House's windows.

Rock on with the choice of Rodrigo & Gabriela.

They are great. And very sweet & funny, too.

Nice at $77, $112, and $95 a bottle, times how many bottles to entertain our policy "guest lecturer" from the arid desert south of the border. Awesome.

Wagyu Beef @ $100 bucks a pound. Thought we were in the worst economic times since the 1930's and here the Presidnet has 400-500 of his closest friends over to dine on this. Awesome.
