The House speaker's face was flashed on the Jumbotron; the secretary of state left before the encore. Other power Dems in the vicinity: Ed Markey and Barbara Mikulski.
- Micky Dolenz -- yes, of the Monkees -- dining at Art and Soul on Wednesday night. Earlier, he sang some of his old hits on Capitol Hill in a Recording Academy event to lobby for radio royalties for performers (musically inclined Reps. Joe Crowley, Tom Rooney and Ted Deutch backed him up).
