Filing: Heidi Montag, who went to court Tuesday to legally split from Spencer Pratt. What looked like a stunt last week for her new reality series got serious when Montag, 23, filed papers for a legal separation from her husband of two years, reports TMZ. No divorce yet; the Santa Monica filing means that she doesn't have to share future earnings with Pratt, 26.

What happened to the Porsche and the Rolls Royce I’ve seen them driving? Am I the only one that thinks the world of Heidi and Spencer is finally starting to crumble? Lauren tried to warn Heidi years ago but she just didn’t want to listen.

Is it against the law to file for "separation" when you are only doing it as a publicity stunt for an upcoming Heidi Reality Show produced by Husband Prat?
