Jill Biden will make a guest appearance on Lifetime's "Army Wives" on Aug. 15. The veep's wife was in Charleston, S.C., Wednesday to film scenes in which she kicks off a road race at the show's fictitious Fort Marshall and talks with military spouses about the challenges.
