This Just In...: Lindsay Lohan trips booze-bracelet, Chris Brown barred from the UK

- A judge doubled Lindsay Lohan's bail to $200,000 (which she posted at once) after she set off her alcohol-monitoring bracelet Sunday at an MTV Movie Awards after-party. The bracelet, locked onto her ankle at a May.24 probation hearing, detected booze in her system. L.A. Superior Court Judge Marsha Revel ruled Tuesday that the actress had violated the terms of her release after meeting with Lohan's attorney and a prosecutor.
- Chris Brown has been barred from entering the United Kingdom for concerts this week. Officials said the singer posed a danger to citizens because of his felony assault conviction for hitting ex-girlfriend Rihanna. Brown was scheduled to perform in Glasgow, Birmingham and London and has postponed the tour. "U ever feel like the storm clouds are too thick for any sunshine to get through?" Brown tweeted Monday. "think ima go away!!!!"
