This just in...: Sean Penn rubs elbows at physicians convention; Vince Neil gets D.U.I.

- Turns out Sean Penn wasn't just hobnobbing with media types in D.C. last week, but working the convention circuit. The actor -- spotted at a Huffington Post party and a couple of nightspots -- also spoke about his Haiti relief work Friday night at the annual gathering of the American Association of Physicians of Indian Origin at the Gaylord hotel at National Harbor.
- Vince Neil was arrested late Sunday in Las Vegas for allegedly driving his Lamborghini drunk. Bad timing: The memoir-flacking Mötley Crüe lead singer just last week told the Associated Press that he had stopped drinking and hasn't used drugs in 20 years. Not his first arrest: He was driving in a 1984 accident that killed a fellow musician.
