While we were out: Cameron Diaz, bad for your computer; Borgnine honored; Bret Michaels sues promoter

-Cameron Diaz's wicked Web

Try not to click on Cameron Diaz. She's something of a Typhoid Mary, at least when it comes to hard drives. According to an annual study conducted by McAfee, the computer security company, one in 10 Web sites featuring the "Knight and Day" star contains malicious software intended to infect computers and steal data from users. That makes Diaz the riskiest celebrity on the Internet, with Julia Roberts taking second place. The celebs least likely to get your computer hacked? Politicians, including President Obama and Sarah Palin.

-Kudos for Borgnine

Ernest Borgnine will receive a lifetime achievement honor during the Screen Actors Guild annual awards ceremony on Jan. 30. He's certainly earned it. The actor, 93, has starred in nearly 200 films and TV shows, including "McHale's Navy," "The Dirty Dozen" and "The Wild Bunch." In 1955 Borgnine won an Oscar for his performance in "Marty."

-No show is a no-no

Two weeks ago Poison frontman and former "Celebrity Apprentice" winner Bret Michaels showed up to perform a gig in Syracuse, N.Y., only to find, he says, that that the show had been postponed without his knowledge. Now Michaels wants to be compensated for his lost time, and compensated handsomely. According to the Hollywood Reporter, the singer has filed a $5 million lawsuit against the promoter, who allegedly claimed that the show didn't happen because Michaels was going to appear on TV instead.

-End Notes

Spotted: John Legend at Cafe Milano on Wednesday night, sipping champagne and dining with a group of friends. The R&B singer was dressed casually, wearing a black sweater and black pants. Legend was in town to perform a brief set at Capitol File magazine's summer issue kickoff party, held at Cafe Dupont.
