Love, etc.: Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon are expecting... and so are CNN's Kyra Phillips and John Roberts

Stop staring at famous ladies' abdomens, everyone! Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon, 2010. (Brad Weingarden/PictureGroup)
  • Expecting: Mariah Carey, 40, and Nick Cannon, 30, announced on the "Today" show Thursday. First child for the singer and her actor/TV host husband of 2 1/2 years (yes, still!), due in the spring. The multiplatinum hitmaker said they'd been trying for years and had miscarried shortly after their 2008 marriage, which was especially difficult amid the perpetual tabloid baby-bump-watch nonsense.

  • Expecting: Kyra Phillips, 42, and John Roberts, 53, who are due to have twins next spring, People reports. The CNN anchors got engaged in April.
