We already knew about the upper-floors thing, from when he tried to camp out outdoors when he visited NYC a while ago...god, WikiLeaks is so last year.

I like upper floors for some reason. Just being above ground makes me feel good. Horse racing or flamenco dancing? Sorry Moammar, I'm not interested.
