Love, etc.: Bret Michaels engaged; so is Prince William's cousin

Engaged: Bret Michaels, 47, and Kristi Gibson, 39, his on-again/off-again girlfriend of... 16 years? Doing the math now: Does this mean his groupie-shagging reality series "Rock of Love" was just a sham excuse to jump-start his flagging '80s hair-metal career and not a genuine effort to find a special lady? The Poison frontman and brain-hemorrhage survivor popped the question Monday night on the finale of his latest reality show "Bret Michaels: Life As I Know It." They have two daughters.
Engaged: Zara Phillips -- the daughter of Princess Anne, the cousin of Prince William, and 12th in line to the throne -- to rugby player Mike Tindall. She's 29, he's 32. Still waiting on a wedding date, but don't expect this one to be a national holiday.
