Married: Joel Madden, 31, the Waldorf, Md., kid who formed the pop-punk band Good Charlotte, to celebutante Nicole Richie, 29, in L.A. on Saturday. US magazine reports that minister-rapper Rev. Run, of Run-DMC, did the ceremony.

Engaged: Lauren Bush, 26, and David Lauren, 39, reports the NY Post. She's the model-turned-designer granddaughter of the first President Bush (her dad is Neil); he's the son of designer Ralph and an exec in the family business.
