This just in...: Thora Birch's ex-porn star dad, too creepy for "Dracula"

In an intriguing bit of backstage drama, actress Thora Birch was abruptly fired from the off-Broadway revival of "Dracula" four days before its opening. Director Paul Alexander told the New York Times it was because her father, Jack (a former porn star; who knew?), was meddling with the production, ordering another actor not to touch her onstage. The Birches denied it and told the Times they were "blindsided" by her firing.
