Virginia socialite Patricia Kluge is facing foreclosure of her mammoth Charlottesville estate, reports the Associated Press. The entrepreneur ex-wife of the late billionaire John Kluge obtained the 25,000-square-foot Albemarle House in their divorce settlement years ago. Banks foreclosed last month on a winery and real-estate development that she owns with her new husband, William Moses; now Bank of America has filed suit claiming that she defaulted on three loans worth $23 million on the estate. The couple put the home on the market in 2009 for $100 million, but the price is now listed at $24 million.

Refinancing replaces your current mortgage with a new loan that has a more favorable interest rate and terms that you can afford to manage. The new loan is secured on the same property as your current loan. I refinanced and saving $451 every month! search online for "123 Mortgage Refinance" they got me a 3.11% rate

Too bad but at some point Pat Kluge must have decided to just let herself go. I'll bet that dreadful Johnson woman and her Salmonella Acres fiasco aren't far behind. Pat should count herself lucky in comparison. At least she has some good jewelry, fine furniture, art, and antiques not just goo gahs and gimcracks. Of course, John Kluge actually had real money.

That Johnson broad did almost succeed in making her daughter caucasian though.
