Felicity Huffman and William H. Macy dining at New Heights in Woodley Park Wednesday night. The married actors -- in town for her speech at Thursday's NARAL luncheon -- both had the rockfish with calamari. She asked for a girly drink and got a Lemon Drop-like concoction with vodka and St. Germain; he had a tonic water.
