Judson Phillips talks about tea parties, race, slurs and more

The man behind Tea Party Nation and the National Tea Party Convention is chatting live right now; jump in!

I actually asked Judson yesterday about the kerfuffle over President Obama using the term "teabaggers."

"I'm not shocked he would use that term and I'm sure he knows exactly what it means," said Phillips. "The myth notwithstanding, he is not a bipartisan president. He is a hypocrite. He says we must be civil and uses every opportunity to trash talk anyone who disagrees with him. His idea of civility and bipartisanship is surrender. I can't help but wonder what he will say in 2013 as he watches the 45th president of the United States sworn in."
