Mickey Kaus goes for the libertarian vote

The once (and future?) Slate blogger Mickey Kaus, who's never pretended that his free media-centric California U.S. Senate campaign is going to take out Sen. Barbara Boxer, talks to Reason's Nick Gillespie for 42 minutes.

The Reason Foundation is based in California, but this interview was conducted in the magazine's D.C. offices -- although the location doesn't really matter when the Democrat is arguing for his party to break away from the golden state's mighty unions.
