Copy-Kate craze takes hold

We thought we liked Kate Middleton as much as the next girl does. But when we look at the next girl, and the next girl, and the next girl, well, we give in. The next girls clearly have us beat.
To mark the fact that there are now just 100 days till the royal wedding, 13 students from the Royal College of Art in London trooped down to Buckingham Palace in knock-offs of the blue silk Issa dress Kate wore when her engagement to Prince William was announced. The finishing sparkle? They all sported replicas of her sapphire and diamond engagement ring, too.
The Associated Press concluded that the women "clearing enjoy making a splash." Personally, we wondered whether they weren't freezing, standing around in London in January without coats.
