Kate gets her own nail polish

By Autumn Brewington

Remember we mentioned that Kate Middleton was nicknamed Waitie Katie by the press? We're guessing she thought she would lose the moniker once her engagement to Prince William was announced. And we're guessing that the monarchy, when it let it be known that Kate's name was not to be used for branding products, didn't expect that someone would style a nail polish after the royal bride-to-be.

But it seems that someone did.

And while Butter London's forthcoming lavender-tone polish is nice (we like that it glitters), we suspect none of the royals will be wearing the "No More Waity, Katie" shade when it arrives (reportedly in mid-March). Perhaps Butter should have stuck with its beige "All Hail the Queen" shade. Or "Royal Navy."
