With royal bride-to-be Kate Middleton stylized on the February cover of Tatler, Andy Warhol portraits are in the news -- and his works celebrating the marriage of Prince William's parents are about to be on the market.

The Associated Press reports that the Opera Gallery in London says it has acquired two original 1982 pieces of Prince Charles and Princess Diana. The portraits, done in silkscreen ink on canvas, were initially sold to a private collection. The gallery plans to sell them as a diptych for about $3.1 million (2 million pounds).
