Update Fixes Serious iTunes Flaw
Apple issued a warning Monday that its insanely popular iTunes media player program has a security flaw that hackers could use to do very bad stuff on your PC or Mac. The problem affects iTunes versions 4.7 and earlier and is fixed in the latest iTunes update -- version 4.8. If you're using an older version, now is a good time to get the free upgrade.
In case you missed them, see my May 4 and April 17 posts about other updates for Mac and Apple products.
