Joe Biden Laughs Uncontrollably Over SNL Veep Debate Skit

No one is laughing harder at Saturday Night Live's portrayal of Democratic vice presidential nominee Joe Biden than Joe Biden himself.

Appearing on ABC's "Good Morning America" Wednesday, Biden laughed, and laughed, and laughed -- and laughed some more -- when host Diane Sawyer played a clip of last weekend's gut-busting vice presidential debate skit. Biden was laughing so hard after watching the clip of actor Jason Sudeikis lampooning Biden's admitted soft spot for GOP presidential nominee John McCain that he was rendered something he rarely, if ever, is: speechless.

Between uncontrollable chuckles, Biden told Sawyer, "Oh God. I wish I had that much hair." Still unable to stop laughing, Biden said, "These guys are incredible, I don't know what to say."

Sawyer, who got the giggles over watching Biden's laugh attack, asked if that was the first time Biden had seen the SNL video. "I have watched it," Biden said, laughing, "but every time..." he trailed off, trying, without success, to contain himself.

When the ABC interview ends, the camera stays on Biden, who sits there still laughing to himself. Looking down, he shakes his head and utters, "Oh God."

We asked Biden's traveling campaign spokesman, David Wade, what in the world had come over Biden to provoke such uncontrollable laughter. Wade, ever clever, ever partisan, replied, "Joe Biden spent more time laughing than Governor Palin has answering questions. But who can blame him? That skit was the second funniest thing I have ever watched. The first was when John McCain said he's a maverick."

You can view the entire SNL vice presidential debate sketch here.

maybe we made the wrong choice, is it too late to change it to Biden/Obama? You gotta love a guy that can enjoy a parody of himself that much. He laughed harder at himself than I laughed at him!! Good job Joe :)

Head of State

The Impulsively Unreflective Duo In..."McCain Goes Negative!"

In our last episode, we saw the indomitable, impulsive duo suspend the campaign to take on the Crisis on Wall Street! Now, watch, as, in our next episode...McCain Goes Negative!

McCain paces the floor in the Fortress of Irritability. He is cracking walnuts.

A walnut slips to the floor.

McCain: Damn nutcracker!

Sarah Palin is sitting in a chair at a desk. She is writing on a piece of paper: "J.M + S.P." This is then crossed out and replaced by "S.P. + J.M.". These alternating versions , the one before it always crossed out, continues down the page.

McCain: Well, the first plan didn't work. We tried to put them in a trance with the folksy ray, but they had their deflectors halfway raised. If only you hadn't called the commander in Afghanistan "McClellan"

Palin: But...didn't you say they were fighting a civil war, Sir?

McCain looks at Palin silently. He is smiling but he is holding back anger.

McCain: I think the time has come. We have to call in...Dr. Negative.

He pushes a large black button, which is the only button, on a red phone on his desk.

Dr. Negative immediately bursts through the door. He is carrying flyers, masking tape; telephone wires are wrapped around his arms hanging in every way; a tattered copy of the book "Accusations of Fascism, Communism, Terrorism, Drug Use, Pedophilia, Islamism, Adultery, Pandeism, Cannibalism, Cubism, Miscegenation, and Spousal Abuse...for Dummies!" is rolled and stuffed in his left pocket, filled with bookmarks; he is dragging a Robocaller behind him, leashed to a chain.

Dr. Negative (quickly, eagerly): Did you hear? Obama was born in Bin Laden's subterranean bomb making factory, outside of U.S. lines. He was born on a pile of cocaine and dynamite--and the midwife was a Trotskyite!

McCain: Not yet, Dr. Negative. I want you to meet Sarah.

Sarah: Oh, we've already met.

Dr. Negative: That trooper went down! He poisoned the salmon milk at the Wasilla Bible school! With drugs made at a Leftist Satan worshiping collective! That you could see from Russia!

Sarah: You betcha'!

Sarah and Dr. Negative give each other a high five. Dr. Negative's telephone wires rattle on his arm as he does so, triggering the Robocaller, which starts playing "...illegitimate babies made in test tube factories in North Korea and sent to Chicago by Bill Ayers..."

Dr. Negative shuts off the Robocaller with an embarassed smile.

Dr. Negative: Just practicing.

There is a pause.

McCain: That's fine, Dr. Negative. That's fine. Because, now, I have a special job for you. An important one.

Dr. Negative leaps into the air with excited glee. As he does, detritus falls to the floor--buttons reading "Election Day: Remember, the 3rd Tuesday in November!", business cards, reading "Push Polls Anonymous--We Call, They Fall", "Mongers On Call-No Rumor Too Far fetched"; Bandaids with purple hearts; mangled and dirty chads.

Dr. Negative: A new job! A special job! Oh, Mr. McCain! I'm ready! I'm ready!

Sarah watches from her chair, filing her nails.

McCain: Now, Dr. Negative. You have to make him seem radical...

Dr. Negative quickly pulls a can out of his right pocket, emblazoned with the word "Radical" He opens the top. Red and Black snakes fly out.

Dr. Negative: (eagerly, expectantly, hungrily) Yes...Yes...

McCain: You'll have to start rumors that are so inflammatory that they will spread like wildfire, and that will be started too late to stop them with the actual truth...

Dr. Negative pulls a gigantic grinder out of his left pocket. It is labeled "Rumor Mill". He turns the crank a few times. Hamsters, syringes, and Peace symbols fly out.

Dr. Negative: Yes...Yes...

He is salivating.

McCain: They will have to be so incredible, so over-the-top, based on such tawdry and poorly sourced evidence, yet riddled with tempting minutia--bullet gauges, Google maps of supposed meetings and the like, that the right will eat them up, and start analyzing the minutia with adolescent glee.

Dr. Negative (Very calmly, matter of fact): Oh, that's easy. They'll eat anything.

Dr. Negative reaches into his back pocket, pulls out a manila envelope labeled "Minutia: So-called "Proof" for the Right". He empties it to the floor. Bullet gauge measures, outdated copies of Photoshop, paperbacks entitled "How to Use the Insane as Competent Witnesses", "The Faked Moon Landings! Roswell! And Other Believable Phenomena!" and "You TOO Can Be A Warrior--From Your Own Couch!" fall to the floor.

Sarah plucks out the "Faked Moon Landings" book. She starts reading.

McCain: We know how our girl loves to read.

Sarah stops, and begins fixing her hair in a hand mirror.

Now, Dr. Negative, there is one final task.

Dr. Negative: Yes, Mr. McCain?

McCain: It is very difficult. Very...dark.

Dr. Negative: (Leaning forward expectantly, his voice quivering with excitement): Yes, Mr. McCain, Yes?

McCain: You will have to play the card that they played against me. Do you understand?

The room becomes silent. Sarah stops looking at herself, and looks towards the center of the room where McCain and Dr. Negative are staring at each other.

Dr. Negative: You mean...(eyes widened with disbelief. His telephone wires are quietly shaking as he shivers).

McCain (nodding): Yes.

Dr. Negative slowly removes from his jacket pocket what seems to be an ordinary pack of playing cards. They are labeled "Joker" brand. He takes a penknife from his pocket, and slowly slices the covering cellophane. There is a slight and distant roar. He looks at McCain.

McCain nods.

Dr. Negative then slowly removes the red ribbon encircling the cellophane at the top of the pack. He inserts the penknife--holding it from it very farthest end--and flips open the top of the pack.

Smoke begins to pour from the top of the pack, thick, acrid smoke. It quickly fills the room, covering all that is in sight.

McCain (shouting amidst the sound of smoke rushing into the room): And remember--no fingerprints!

Next episode: The smoke is cleared.

Laugh a little. It won't kill the boring Republicans to laugh a little too.
Watching John McCain and Palin causes the opposite effect.

This is a very humurous post! Biden has outright lied about many things. For example, he talks about how he spends time in Katie's restaraunt on Union Street when Katie's has been closed for 20 years. I wouldn't consider that real trustworthy.

Posted by: braxton | October 9, 2008 2:59 PM | Report abuse

Good grief! A politician can't even laugh anymore without coming off as suspect? Why would one automatically presume this was a show? It's not like the situation called for him to continually laugh about the skit. Were he really putting it on, he would have chuckled a second and then launched into another talking point. I think some people are drinking too much Ayers flavored kool aid lately.

Joe Biden has the reputation on Capitol Hill as being the genuine article. To tear even his laugh apart shows how the right wing-nuts are addicted to character assignation and the politics of person deconstruction. This is a just a preview of how the McCain Republican flunkies out there are going desperate to distract us away from the real issues. The current administration lied to get us into a disastrous war and occupation, has taken away our Constitutional rights (the Patriot Acts), established torture and kangaroo courts in GITMO and Abu Grahb (the military commissions act, and has pulled off the biggest bank heist in world history (the $850 billion robbery of the U.S. Treasury before our very eyes). ALL of this is supported by McCain; voted for by him and he will continue the most disastrous policies in the history of the U.S. So how do such crooks get elected? By distractions: Senator Biden's laugh - real or genuine? Sounds like another Faux News topic to me. If we elect another Republican after these 8 years, we are stupid and deserve third-world status - where we are headed with the 21st Century robber-barrons in charge.

I am not surprised that Biden found it so funny. I watched the clip for four times for a laugh. It was a real good piece of parody, even though always brilliant Tina Fey somehow managed to portray Palin as a cute, if not clueless and likeable personality whereas the real life Palin is a stone-cold b**ch with no brain with a screeching voice. Guess Tina Fey is just too polished and likable unlike that hick.

I could be wrong, but when I almost never hear anything negative from the "unbiased" media about Obama/Biden, and Hollywood types (who have so much in common with the average American) and almost never hear anything positive about McCain/Palin, I really start to wonder if I'm getting the full story.

It's nice that this year you not only get to piss off discredited republicans by voting democrat, but you actually get to vote for the stronger more intelligent pair. Last election Kerry and Edwards were a horrible matchup. This year, Obama and Biden are dominating across the board. McCain hiding behind his female VP is a disgrace. Posted by: HuffoPo | October 9, 2008 3:24 PM | Report abuse

JC - How could you get the whole story about McCain/Palin when they don't talk to the press because of 'gotcha' questions like "what newspapers do you read?" They simply tour around repeating the same speech and offer nothing beyond that. The story about them is limited by them, not by anyone else. If they spoke up and put more out there, then you'd get more of the story. But they don't want you or anyone else to have it. why is that? How is asking someone "what newspapers do you read?" a "gotcha question"?

Palin can't handle real scrutiny, which is ironic given that we know so little about her(her choice), yet she goes after Obama claiming we don't know about him. Her husband has strong ties to a separatist organization, maybe that's why she doesn't want to answer direct questions from the media? That's a little embarrassing for a campaign that has "country first" as its slogan. Before some rank and file republican makes the empty claim, YES THE ALASKAN *****INDEPENDENCE***** PARTY ***IS*** A SEPARATIST ORGANIZATION. It is NOT a states rights organization. The name clearly and perfectly speaks for its mission, purpose, and the reason it was founded.

Joe just loves politics and campaigning! He is the happy warrior.

Since McCain and General Petreaus are such good friends and obviously talk often, why hasn't McCain shared exactly how he would find and get Bin Laden? Osama is America's Most Wanted criminal, McCain says he knows how to get him, and yet he does nothing. Is that treason, or just unpatriotic? Or self-serving in a desparate attempt to appear knowledgeable @ foreign affairs since he clearly knows very little @ the economy. But he knows how to get that going again too. Yet he can't offer a concrete plan on how. They got nothing and it shows.

McCain is switching campaign theme songs. Here’s the new one...

Sung to the tune of 'Send in the Clowns'.

(With apologies to Judy Collins)

Isn't it rich, aren't we the pair!
Me here at last, you're just hot air.
Borrow a jet, let’s hit the town
Time to make tracks,
Let’s send in the clowns.

Isn't it bliss, with you in the room!
I keep drooling my Ensure
And you ride a broom
Where are the clowns?
Buy me some clowns!
Lets send in the clowns.

(Church Choir Sings)
I'll take D.C., Wasilla is yours,
We'll bet the future, on the Standard and Poors
You make an entrance with that big Bouffant hair,
Not sure of your lines?
Lets see if they care
Send in some clowns
There’s gotta be clowns!

Don'tcha you love farce?
My fault my dear,
I thought that they'd want what I want,
Wasn't I clear?
But where are my clowns?
I bought surplus clowns!
Those @*!#$ clowns!

(Church Choir Sings again)
What a surprise!
Who could foresee
A skinny black guy, more likable than me?
Must be the press
How could that be?
Send in those clowns!
My GOP clowns!

Isn't it rich, the worst of my fears!
That I lost the race to a guy with big ears
And where are my clowns?
My GOP clowns?

Don't bother, we're here.

Stop with the Sarah Palin is an idiot attacks. You do nothing to enhance your arguments as namecalling just means you have nothing of substance to say. Instead focus on the issues and address the positions of your candidates.

The most dissappointing thing of this whole election is the economic crisis is killing american's yet somehow BOTH candidates continue to talk about all these programs they want to establish and Barack for some assinine reason will not say "I will not raise taxes during this tough economic time". Every economic advisor worth half a lick will tell you raising taxes when businesses are struggling is just plain bad policy. Mccain's big blunder was backing the bailout. He should have shown restraint and not signed the bailout because of all the pork that got added to it. But instead he ignored his campain stump speach and signed a bill that had everything he claimed to hate about washington..

Face it america Barack is no messiah, he is a politician trying to get elected. Mccain is no hero riding in on a horse saving the US. He is a politician trying to get elected.. Until america stands up and holds these candidates responsible for bad bills and milking the taxpayer none of this will stop... You shouldnt become a politician to become a millionaire....

I'm an actor. Producing laughter on cue is the hardest thing to do onstage. Actual crying is the second hardest. It's ludicrous to think that most politicians are that good at acting. Biden's laughter/chuckling jag was genuine, which is why it's "catching" to other people.

Those who commented that it was a release after a period of mourning the death of a family member are right. The ancient masks of comedy and tragedy are always portrayed very near each other, and often as touching.

Yeah, Palin hasn't done the press thing much at all to her detriment, though she's done fairly well at getting up to speed, to an extent. She has had to familiarize herself with a helluva load of information. She hasn't had anyone give her any slack on that, but of course, being a VP is a huge responsibility, so she needs to be up on everything. She does have comparable job experience when compared w/ Obama--please, don't stone me--but he has had a lot more time to do his homework.
McCain has been visible much, much more than she, but he gets practically zero media coverage. Of course, he is not charasmatic, and he doesn't have movie star looks.
I really don't get why everyone has been up in arms about her "all of them" response to the newspaper question. Most internet-savvy people would say the same thing. I don't personally subscribe to newspapers, but I check out news from pretty much every major news source. It's a more economical alternative, for certain. You're right...the newspaper issue is not a "gotcha" question, though I haven't heard her detail what qualifies for that category.
A friend of mine, who is originally from Russia, has said that American's fail to see propaganda when it is so obvious to him. It just makes me uneasy to see what at least appears to be unbalanced coverage. Of course, if you look at Fox News, you get the other extreme, but while they are obviously more on the right-wing side, at least it's a point of view that we don't get from the vast majority of media/hollywood.

In truth, I wanted to be president because it had become my ambition to be president. . . . In truth, I'd had the ambition for a long time." - John McCain, in his 2002 book

KevinC: "The present votes are a way to not establish a record that could be held against him, especially when a MAJORITY of his viewpoints are extreme left wing views."

No offense, Kevin sweetie, but you wouldn't know an extreme left wing view if it bit you on the butt. Most of the advanced democracies have some form of national health, reasonable gun control, and gays in the military. Only in America, where, since Nixon, the national dialogue has moved so far to the right that the spectrum now runs from mildly liberal to crypto-fascist, is "freedom" defined as the right to be bankrupted by health care for an assault rifle wound.

I'd suggest you take some time from fuming on message boards and actually learning a bit about, say, democratic socialism, to understand how little about Obama is extreme. In the meantime, chew on this old quote by author Sinclair Lewis:

“When fascism comes to America, it will be wrapped in the flag and carrying the cross.”

Concerning comments by Kevinc:

Every economic adviser worth half a lick will tell you raising taxes when businesses are struggling is just plain bad policy.

Thats why we are in the mess we are. We have decreased taxation for the wealthy and increased spending for the war. We've done this by printing money which together with an unregulated commodities market has double everyones cost of living so people cant pay their mortgages.

There is no way we can get out of this without increasing taxation, and reducing spending on the military effort. We are talking of major money here like cutting the fed budget by 25%. Get rid of all the pork and subsidies. Why are we subsidizing big oil, the farmers for not growing food when the average guy is being forced down the tubes.

Its time to ask why hospitals charge $20 for a Tylenol tablet and why you can fly to India for heart surgery, have a vacation and return for 1/3 of the amount you pay here when the hospitals are supposed to be charities and pay no tax ?

Its time to ask why we need a stealth bomber that cost $4billion when our troops were put into harms way without body armor.

It's time to ask where all the money is going when we have bridges that collapse.

Its time to ask why we have internment without trial when the constitution forbids it.

Lets face it the present administration and many members of the houses need to held accountable for the present fall of this nation. Unfortunately for big mac hes part of it.

Chicago, stop struggling. Obama voted "Present" 129 times, but that represents only 3% of his total votes in the Senate. "Present" votes are often used to indicate that you support a bill, but believe it needs to be changed. It's not about being lazy or uninformed as some would have you believe. It's a strategy that works in many cases.

Then I watched the three debates. I am flabbergasted if anyone seeing those debates can vote for McCain and Palin. When you watch those two 'mavericks' talk, you can see repetition of scripted phrases, old and tired staring look, non-intelligent thought patterns, personal boasting, stiffness, weak logic, target group *ss-kissing, dishonesty and personal attacking when else fails. When you see Obama you see relaxed intelligence, coherence, logical and structured replies, optimism, empathy and purpose. Clearly a good man. The vice president candidate debate was the first time I've ever seen Biden talk, and he came across as open person, fun, emotional, honest person, someone I would like to have as a friend.

Honestly, what kind of person would vote for Palin and McCain to govern the greatest country in the world, a country that is in great trouble with vain wars and bad economy? Do you really want Bush era to continue? I really would like to understand motives of such people.

Republicans are incapable of poking good natured fun like SNL at themselves. Humor to Republicans is when someone, different from them, is a recipient of a "put down" joke. Sad but true! This middle aged southern rich white guy ivy league grad and repub slayer says, Gobama. I'm gonna make a fortune sell crying towels to my uptight Republican friends after Nov.

ja, Joe is a very genuine guy and he is greiving. But, the laughs real, no kidding ;-) These are dark times and it's okay to laugh. We could all use some more of it.

Joe Biden is a real American. Far more so in what he has done for the people of our country than the fools who find delight in questioning if his laughter is genuine.

I have observed something very interesting in Republicans in the past year: They tend to believe that when a Dem does something decent or amusing that there must be some ulterior motive or some sort of larger plot behind it. I find that really perverse.

An extreme example of this is when McCain questions if Obama is too risky... Other Republicans have warned that if elected Obama will lead us into disaster.

Well my friends, I have news for you. We currently have a President who has led us into a handful of disasters within a short span of 8 years. If you have faith in McCain after his chaotic campaign then there is something wrong with your reality meter.

The laugh may have been fake, but his support of the Iraq war was very real.

Poor Joe Lieberman..
Louise, poor Joe? I'm sure you'd agree he put himself there. He sits in on Dem caucuses and service on committees. This serves Joe as he is able to keep his committee standing and it gives Dems the majority in Congress. Still, he made an agreement with the Dem caucus that he would go to the RNC and speak on behalf of McCain. I was a bit miffed at that but understood. Instead of keeping his agreement, he went to the RNC, trashed Obama and participated in a night of lies and cynicism. An ugly display of what some might call patriotism.

K, that was a good laugh. As far as the impersonations go: Tina, may I call you Tina? Tina, excellent job.
The Biden impersonation wasn't quite as good, but that's to be expected. Biden's not as much of an over-the-top stereotype.
They did a good job of jabbing all 3 characters, more time obviously spent on Palin, though. Gosh darn'it she does provide the strongest source material.

And as to the subject:
It was a chuckle not a laugh. For the most part it was genuine, I think. Maybe a little played up.

Posted by: SNL u so funny | October 9, 2008 5:32 PM | Report abuse

SNL recently had a skit that comically suggested that Todd Palin had been sleeping with his daughters. I suppose Biden and all you high class honorable Obama supporters thought that skit was funny too. What would have happened if the same comic suggestion had been made about Obama? The coolest thing about that question is I don't have to say a word, every single person who reads the comment will unequivocally know in your own heart what would happen.

"The laugh may have been fake, but his support of the Iraq war was very real."
Fredo, You broke my heart ;-)

Yes, in the end that turned into a vote for war and that is disappointing to say the least. Yet, I believe there are many folks in Congress, both Repubs and Dems, who thought they were giving Bush the leverage he needed to manage the situation. I don't think that many of them thought Bush would immediately invade Iraq, although I do believe that McCain knew what he was supporting as he is a warrior at heart and knows nothing else. I think it's also fair to note that at the time, the idea of not supporting the Bush administration was being perceived by many Americans as unpatriotic. Bush said it himself, you're either with us or against us. Ugly, yes, but very effective in forcing compliance and silencing dissent. The very idea that you would question the guy going after the terrorists was treason. Joseph McCarthy would have been so very proud.

Posted by: PleaseChange | October 9, 2008 5:39 PM | Report abuse

I supported Joe Biden for president in Iowa and volunteered for his campaign. The media ignored us, and then I hated Obama with a passion for flooding the caucuses with "kids" who made our Biden group unviable. This is what happened all over the state. I was really pissed after pouring lots of time, effort and personal expense into Joe's campaign, and then due to the way the caucuses were set up I didn't even get to cast a "vote" for him.

I no longer had a horse in this race, which was a relief for a while. Then Joe got picked as Obama's VP, so I was back in again, though supporting only Joe as VP. I had to give Obama credit for choosing Joe though. For the first time I knew of he HAD used good judgment. He said he wanted to have a team of people in his cabinet who would not necessarily agree with him. Who would challenge his thinking. I knew that Joe did disagree with him and criticize him on some things, so I decided to take this at face value and give Obama a chance.

I have been reading his favorite book, "Team of Rivals", about Abe Lincoln, who chose his rivals to be in his cabinet. Obama is beginning to grow on me. I still think that Joe should be on top of the ticket, but as I see Obama perform well, and gracefully, under pressure I think that he does have something going for him and I am now feeling comfortable knowing that he and Joe seem to genuinely like each other and make a good team. I think that they will be good for America.

I think Biden's laughing like someone who spent the last few days at his mother-in-law's deathbed and then at her funeral, comforting his family, and who desperately needed the release and the relief after all that. All of which is entirely human. And ain't that nice?

Why hasn't FOX or anybody for that matter done a one hour special on the Alaska Independence Party??

You know the secessionist group Todd Palin supported up until 2002? Am I to believe that he had no influence on Sara, his wife??

Guilty by association right? So, is Sara in favor of Alaska leaving the U.S. of A??

What a great choice she was by McCain.

Press release with corrections from the AIP Chairman, Lynette Clark.

Most recently I have pulled the entire record regarding the Alaskan Independence Partys' 1994 Convention file. I went through all the video, audio and paper records for that function. Something I should have done earlier before making the statement that Governor Palin was a member of the Alaskan Independence Party. For that I humbly apologize to Governor Palin, and, to both national and local press, and media.

I, foolishly, repeated and accepted as fact what an officer of this membership shared with myself, and husband Dexter Clark, over a year ago. My statement was incorrect regarding the Governor's membership. What was correct was that Todd Palin was a member, that Sarah as a candidate for Governor appeared at the AIP Convention in 2006, and sent a welcoming DVD to the membership at the 2008 AIP statewide convention. Those truths do not take away my fault in mis-speaking regarding her membership. For that I do take full responsibility. I hold Governor Palin in high regard, I believe she is far and away the best individual Alaska could have as Governor, and as a woman, mother and wife is one of the best examples walking!

Thank you and again, I apologize to all.

Lynette Clark, Chairman
Alaskan Independence Party
September 3, 2008

The Alaskan Independence Party can be summed up in just two words:

Until we as Alaskans receive our Ultimate Goal, the AIP will continue to strive to make Alaska a better place to live with less government interference in our everyday lives.

One of my colleagues is planning a study on whether spending time online or otherwise techno-absorbed is negatively correlated with social skills. An example she specifically gave of social judgement was whether someone could tell a fake smile or laugh from a real one. Judging from these posts, she may have plenty to study. You can tell from Biden's eyes that he is really laughing.

I wonder if people who think his laugh is fake are the same ones that think every picture they've ever seen is Photoshopped.

Palin made some small mistakes but she is sincere and Biden is one of the guy who has contributed to corruptions in Washington. After 35 years in public eyes, people won't pick on him any more. Palin will do more good work for americans then Biden. After 35 years in senate, people still don't remember any good work that Biden has done for America as senator.

Name any thing that Biden and Obama have done for the country? Did they give the public any warnings about the war in Iraq or the bailout crisis. We would give them credits if they voiced their concerns before the problems occur. I don't think they did!

The guy just came back to campaigning after sending his son off to Iraq and burying his mother in law. Maybe he needed a good laugh. Geez some people are so weird. I have been watching Joe Biden for years and one thing about him is that his emotions may be over the top to some but they always seem real. Joe doesn't hold back like a lot of politicians do and maybe that freaks some people out.

Obama has a few good policies but has no enough experience nor inner strenght to cary them out.Mc Cain will only let the US sink in deeper problems than it is already in with unreasonable policies and the wrong attitude toward other world powers. Poor VP picks Joe/ Palin. Joe i would understand although Incopentent he's got lots of Experience but Palin She cant run her house she mismanaging Alaska she is completely clue less about foreign policies.

Women must unite against the liberal media vicious, sexist, cruel, demeaning, contemptuous UN-AMERICAN, unfair, unprofessional, unrelenting and blatantly biased treatment against Vice President Sarah Palin and acting blatantly in favor of Barack Hussein Obama during this unprecedented historic quest for the presidency!

Barack Hussein Obama claims a mightier throne, one forged in liberal ideals of justice and equality and hope, BUT he has benefited mightily from sexism in this campaign, and has remained silent. Obama supporters seem very happy with the sexist way pundits and some news organizations treat any action or statement by Sarah Palin, and many believe that most of the "venom" in the campaign is coming from supporters of Obama.

Women of America Unite in this defining moment in American history. To ensure we can grow up from the male dominated government that has caused many of the problems our country is facing; to a country where men and women are equal partners in governance.
