Dyachenko Status

Rod Dyachenko's status for Wednesday's United match against Olimpia seemed to be in question. Yes, he was back with United and received his visa to enter Honduras. However, when CONCACAF unveiled its Champions' Cup rosters for all eight teams a week or so ago, Dyachenko wasn't on it.

Fear not, DCU fans. Steve Torres, CONCACAF's communications director, assured me today that Dyachenko's name was submitted by United and he is eligible to play. Steve said he would try to update their Web site as soon as possible.

United was scheduled to travel today to Tegucigalpa from Miami. They will practice and inspect the stadium Tuesday and play Wednesday night.
