Friedel to the Rescue

American keeper Brad Friedel made a couple of big-time saves to secure Blackburn's scoreless tie with Arsenal in the FA Cup, setting up a replay between the teams. Also, former D.C. United defender Ryan Nelsen, who recently recovered from a long-term hamstring injury, went all 90 for Rovers. Not bad for Blackburn, which lost 6-2 to Arsenal in league play in December.
