United Falls to Red Bulls
United gave up two second-half goals and dropped a 2-1 decision to New York in a preseason match this morning in Bradenton, Fla.
Jaime Moreno set up Christian Gomez in the 38th minute, but the Red Bulls pulled even in the 53rd on Altidore's goal and went ahead eight minutes later on Toure's strike.
United went with the same starting lineup as the other day: Perkins, Erpen, Boswell, Namoff, Olsen, Gros, Carroll, Simms, Gomez, Moreno and Emilio. Soehn made 11 substitutions, including Nolly for Perkins at the break.
