Arrrrrrrgh, It's Stoitchkov!

In honor of old friend Hristo Stoitchkov leaving Bulgaria's national team to take over a Spanish club, we give you this highlight video. (Maybe the Bulgarians got spooked by the lawsuit filed against Stoitchkov by the former American University player in U.S. District Court!) The soundtrack is to die for. By the way, he still wins the award for one of the BEST QUOTES EVER after a World Cup match. In '94, he kept saying how God was on Bulgaria's side as the team advanced through the tournament. When they finally lost to Italy in the semis amid some controversy at the Meadowlands, he was asked if God was still on their side. His response: "God was on our side, but the referee was French."
