We Love Mondays

Quiet day at the DCU training grounds. The team was out there for a little over an hour, mostly light conditioning and jogging. For the final 10-15 minutes, the players sat down and chatted in the midfield circle. They then headed indoors to the weight room for lifting/conditioning/fitness etc. (Mondays are often like this, although, with the current state of the club and a mid-week game approaching, I was a little surprised the outdoor session was so short.)

Soehn did not appear for outdoor work and let Ashton and Simpson run things.

McTavish remained inside with a hip flexor and participated in circuit training. He'll likely be listed as probable for Thursday's match vs. New England.

More soon.....
