Another Argentine to MLS?

I am hearing that the Red Bulls are interested in Mariano Fernandez, a 28-year-old central defender from Nuevo Chicago in Argentina. He has played in Italy and Spain and nearly ended up in the Netherlands a few years ago. He will begin a tryout this week.

Also hearing the Galaxy may be in the running for a second-tier Brazilian forward. Do not have a name.
