Gold Cup Approach

Expect the U.S. Gold Cup roster to be unveiled Wednesday or Thursday. Training camp opens Sunday at Home Depot Center. Meantime, Mexico has announced its preliminary roster for Gold Cup and Copa America. On Friday, we should hear details of a U.S. friendly this fall (not sure of the opponent or site).

D.C. United was off today. I am planning to attend training Tuesday to find out what the club will do about Jamil Walker's roster spot, who might be called up for Gold Cup, and other personnel matters.
