Vacation? What Vacation?

We've got futbol this weekend. So while the rest of the nation (lower case 'n') grumbles in traffic heading to the beach, the Nation will be here discussing true patriotic matters -- like, um, the United-Dynamo match. Now what is more traditional than that?

I'll be back later with news and notes from D.C.'s training session at RFK and you can read about United's "new" defender on washingtonpost.com this evening or Saturday morning. (Calm down now, when I say "new", I mean a current player who has embraced defending as a new position.)

Meantime, feel free to discuss any national or international matters right here.....
