Marshall Suspended, Pavon Scores 4

The same day Toronto acquired Tyrone Marshall from Los Angeles, the veteran defender was suspended by MLS for three games for his tackle that broke Kenny Cooper's leg last weekend. One-game suspension was automatic for a red card and the league added two more. He was also fined $1,500.

Meantime, Carlos Pavon, the Honduran forward that the Galaxy is hoping to sign, scored four goals by early in the second half Wednesday night in a 5-0 rout of Cuba.
