Red Bulls Shake-Up?
You've probably already seen on Soccer By Ives or bigapplesoccer that the Red Bulls are trading defender Todd Dunivant to Toronto for defender Kevin Goldthwaite. The deal should be made official in the next day or two. Well, there appears to more on the way (or, on the way out). I've heard that the Red Bulls are also preparing to waive defenders Taylor Graham (three starts) and Tim Regan (two starts). Both started in New York's most recent match, June 16 vs. Kansas City.
We may very well see other movement around the league before this weekend, when player contracts are guaranteed. (Essentially, if a team wants to dump a salary, they've got to do it now.)
