DCU Injury Update

Guy-Roland Kpene (hamstring) is not participating in training today, so expect Nicholas Addlery to get the call alongside Luciano Emilio on Wednesday vs. K.C. at Estadio Arrowhead.

Bryan Namoff (hamstring) is more active than Kpene today, but not much. Unless he shows significant improvement over the next 24 hours, I would guess that he will be held out until Sunday's match at Houston. So how should United iine up in the back Wednesday? Although Greg Vanney won't join the club until tomorrow in K.C. and get only one practice with his new mates, he has got to start. Does he pair with McTavish in the middle? Seems likely. Gros and Simms on the flanks? Are Burch and Mediate serious options?

Also, Dave Kasper tells me that Vagner, the 18-year-old Brazilian defender from Atletico Mineiro, will probably arrive in Washington next Tuesday to begin his trial.
