Yesterday was buzzing with activity. Let's hope today is quieter. Why? Because I'm trying to avoid any contact with a computer keyboard for 24 hours.

Maryland, Virginia and Virginia Tech are in the NCAA tournament. The 48-team field was unveiled last night.

Canada is preparing to play South Africa, which has a lot of work to do before it hosts the World Cup.
