DCU Updates

Gotta make this quick.....

*No truth to the report that DCU is considering ancient Borussia Dortmund defender Christian Worns. According to the club's front office, Worns's reps approached them last year, but once United settled on Gonzalo Martinez and Gonzalo Peralta in central defense, they had no interest in pursuing him. Apparently, his agents are shopping him around again.

*United will play the first leg of its Champions' Cup semifinal on the road against Pachuca or Motagua on Tues., April 1. The return leg will be Wed., April 9 at Estadio RFK.

*As expected, DCU and rookie midfielder Jeremy Barlow, acquired in a trade with Houston this week, have finalized a developmental contract.

See ya.....
