DCU-KC, the Aftermath
Fred and Ivan Guerrero provided width to the attack, the surprise tandem of Clyde Simms and Joe Vide fortified the middle of the pitch, Zach Wells made a breathtaking save, the backline got it right, and Luciano Emilio and Jaime Moreno took care of the scoring. All in all, a comprehensive performance by DCU.
And oh by the way, four months into the season, in its 18th league match, United has its first shutout. What was a bigger surprise: DCU not conceding a goal or no monsoons striking RFK during the match?
