Setanta Does It Again
The middle segment about Keane and Warner is priceless. Perhaps we can persuade Setanta to turn this feature into a full-length movie, like "Wayne's World" or "South Park." What do you think, Jose? Please respond on this weekend's show. Insider loyalists are awaiting your feedback.
Watch the clip, use this thread to comment on today's European matches and don't forget to rejoin me late tonight for DCU-Marathon discussion. Kickoff is 10 p.m. ET on FSC.

Wow Goff, you really eat up these setanta puppet skits haha.
I'll admit, the Mourinho impression is on point, and hilarious.

Just in from today's Guardian Fiver...
"Sunderland's unused Carling Cup sub Dwight Yorke, 86, will again be the subject of a tug-of-love between Roy Keane and the Trinidad & Tobago FA when he's called up to play the Dominican Republic, Guatemala and the United States next month."

"What do you think, Jose?"
What do you expect? I think, of course, that this is fantastic idea. Already, you are casting huge star in this movie: greatest manager in Italy. Of course, charisma and style, as well as incredible bone structure, will be attracting many people to this film.

If you haven't seen The Special One do his 'dramatization' of Mr Alex from last week, please make sure you do.
The whole Dramatization of the 'Battle for Berba' is priceless...

Hasn't Dwight Yorke repeatedly said that he's retired from international play?

Anyone who likes the Jose thing should subscribe to the Ian Dempsey Breakfast Show podcast on iTunes. That's where Mario Rosenstock (the guy who does all of it) does a lot of radio stuff on Today FM in Dublin.
I love the Padraig Harrington impersonation, but I think my favorite character now is Rooney, especially when he's giggling in the background saying, "that's brilliant, that is!"

Not sold on this...i get that it's about the funniest footy related material, but it's not 'funny'. Mildly amusing, or less, for the most part....and extemely repetitive at this point.
Just my opinion, of course...

How's the scene over at Kitty O'Sheas these days? I can only assume they'll be showing the DCU game, just wondering if it's speed dating, or quiz night or something?
Anyone have any familiarity with Ragtime? I wonder if they show DCU games...Hello?

@FOOTBALL: thanks for the info, does tonight count as a $3 beer day or is is just league game day? My neighbors with FSC tend to go to bed a little early on weeknights so I may have to roll out tonight. A $3 beer special could seal the deal for me.
Cheers!
Go United!
