>Anyone else you'd like to add to the list?

Yes, but I won't mention the other American that scored (and had an assist) for Villarreal because it will dominate the conversation.

I'll look at the glass half full here. Good to see Jozy on the scoresheet, positives from the keepers and Torres on there (period). And I really, really like Jeremiah White.

Is Jozy the first American to ever score in La Liga? (No Rossi comments pls.)

Rossi is an American!

But if you exclude him, yes. Tab Ramos scored for a 2nd division team (Real Betis).

Clarence Goodson played 90 minutes of IK Start of Morway, MOTM, scored GWG.

"Neven Subotic 90 in Dortmund's 1-1 tie with Bochum"

Since Steve always has the scoop, I'm assuming that Subotic will soon announce his commitment to the red, white, and ummm anthracite.

Califf plays for midgetjellyland. He was not listed on the game day roster.

I think that Ante Razov also scored for a Second Division team in Espana.

Well that's not The Liga - that's The Next Level Down Liga ;-)

Charlie Davies: 90 minutes and one of three Hammarby goals. Unfortunately, Malmo scored six.

I'd like to add Chief Clancy Wiggum for FC Shia LeBouf

FC Shia LeBouf had the weekend off thanks to Halloween festivities, so no win or loss for Wiggum and Co. To make up for it they have 2 games this Friday night. Ouch!

Confused about the minutes for DeMarcus, Dempsey and maybe Bradley, too. Are they injured now? What's the story there?

Posted by: spata1 | November 3, 2008 4:47 PM | Report abuse

Sorry. I spelled DaMarcus incorrectly. My apologies Mr. Beasley

Posted by: spata1 | November 3, 2008 4:49 PM | Report abuse

You might want to add Luis Robles who recorded the clean sheet for FCK against Berhalter and 1860 Munich today.

Convey didn't dress but let's not forget him amongst the others who didn't dress.

It would seem things are not going well for Freddy. Maybe he should go to Norway, too.
