Atlante's 'keeper was way out of position on the game-winner. What do we conclude about the level of talent/play in the FMF?

At this point, I believe Puerto Rico could take a shot on the opening kickoff and score. It's unreal how quickly they and Montreal have scored throughout the competition.

Vilar did get caught, but I prefer to look at what Quintero did there. His glance up drew Vilar, who was expecting the normal kind of shot from that range (with power) or possibly a chipped pass/through ball. Quintero completely fooled him, and the lob was absolutely fantastic.
I know it's a pipe dream, but I wonder what kind of money it would take to get Quintero to MLS. It took $4 million for Santos to get him, and he seems to be able to score and create at will for them.
