Galaxy Not "Vieri" Interested
Galaxy Coach Bruce Arena tells the Insider that the story originating in Italy today that former national team forward Christian Vieri is lining up a possible move to Los Angeles "is false" and that the club has no plans to enter talks or offer a tryout.
Three days after losing to the Rapids at home, the Galaxy will face Colorado again tonight in a U.S. Open Cup preliminary-round match at Home Depot Center. It goes without saying, plenty of very good seats available. The winner will play Real Salt Lake or Seattle in the next play-in stage. More Open Cup information and history is available here.

Did somebody say "Christian"?!
"Sister Christian
Oh the time has come
And you know that you're the only one to say O.K.
Where you going, what you looking for?
You know those boys don't want to play no more with you
It's true..."

So, are we talking Champions' League here or in the Kickaround? Some great goals in today's play. Fabulous skills.

My favorite Champions League team is the Nicolas Adderly led PR Islanders.
For as sweet at Adebayor's goal was today, I expect something even better from Adderly tonight.

Do you think any of the Galaxy scouts will bother informing Rodriguez and Sanneh that Colorado has a forward named Casey who has been known to score the occaisional goal???
That seemed to be a bit of an oversight last weekend...

Shocker!?!?
What about Jay Cutler??? That's right. That whiner ended up in Chi-town.
Oh, well. That was fun for about 4 minutes...
